Based in Port Douglas, we create memorable dining experiences for private celebrations, intimate gatherings, corporate events and everything in between.
At the heart of what we do is a love of good food, beautiful produce and bringing people together. Our menus are inspired by the flavours of Far North Queensland, with a connection to the tropics and a focus on quality local produce wherever possible.
But for us, it’s about more than just the food. We believe great hospitality is what turns a meal into an experience. From the first conversation to the final course, we take care of the details so you can relax and enjoy the occasion.
A little about the chef.
I learned my craft in kitchens where discipline, respect for ingredients, and attention to detail mattered above all else. Long hours and quiet repetition taught me that exceptional food is rarely about excess - it's about doing the simple things exceptionally well. Today, I bring that philosophy into private homes, creating seasonal menus tailored to each occasion, each table, and each guest. My cooking is thoughtful, restrained, and ingredient-led, with every element on the plate there for a reason. The result is an intimate dining experience that feels personal, seamless, and quietly memorable.
